1. What is the detailed process for submission of online admission form?
  • Register on the website with Mobile number and Email id.
  • Enter the 6 digit security code sent to the Mobile/Email id to proceed with the application.
  • Please read the admission instructions carefully before proceeding with the application process.
  • Ensure that you fill in the admission form completely. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
  • Parents applying under the sibling and ex-student category, should note that it is mandatory to provide the details of either the sibling of the child studying in the school or the parent who is the ex-student of the school.
  • Select the preferable form submission slot. If the slot is full, please select the next available slot.
  • Submission slot once selected cannot be rescheduled.
  • Submit the form to complete application procedure and take a printout of the completed application form.
  • Paste a recent, coloured, passport-size photograph on the designated place on the form. Submit an additional photograph of the child with the form. (Please write the Enquiry Reference Number behind the photograph)
  • Submit the copy of the form along with documents to the school office on the selected date and time.
2. Can I apply for both my children through same mobile number / login?
  • Yes, you can apply for both the children through same login. You need to fill separate admission forms for both the children and generate two different Enquiry Reference Number and submit both the forms to the school office.
3. I do not fall into any of the above categories, when should I apply?
  • At present, Admissions are open only for Children of Ex-students / Sibling of Existing Students and Employees of Academy. If you do not belong to any of the above categories, you can fill the admission form on 25th January, 2018.
4. I am unable to find the relevant area name?
  • If the name of your area is not listed in the drop down, please select the area closest to your residential area.
5. If the power/internet connection fails during the application process, what should I do?
  • Since the data is saved at the end of every stage with the 'Save' button, your data is automatically saved till the previous stage. If you are within a particular stage and the system is interrupted due to power failure or loss of connectivity, then your current stage data will not be saved. Please log in again using your details and complete the form submission process from the stage where the system got interrupted.
6. I am unable to apply / submit the form?
  • Please check the following:

  • You have opted for any one of the below categories; Children of Ex-students / Sibling of Existing Students /Employee of Academy
  • You have filled in all tables / mandatory fields.
7. If there is any discrepancy in the admission form which is already submitted , How do I correct the same?
  • In case of error in factual information submitted by you in the Admission form :

  • You may fill a new application form through the same login while the application forms are still being accepted.
  • After the date for online application is over, you may contact the school office to make any changes.
8. Do I have to pay while submitting the form?
  • Administrative charges of Rs.300 (Rupees Three Hundred only) are applicable at the time of submission of the hard copy of the form.

  • The date will be informed by the clerk on the day of submission of form.
